The Property Trading Platform is a discreet subscription-based network for buyers and sellers of Discount Property and Distressed Property in the UK and Worldwide. It allows sellers and agents to offer BMV Properties to a community of buyers without having to advertise publicly.
All subscribers are given Affiliate privileges where they are able to refer clients to us in return for substantial commission.
Buyers and Sellers Protected :
All subscribers agree to Non-Circumvention and Confidentiality clauses and the whole reservation system is contractually binding to protect all parties involved. Anyone breaking the rules is suspended from using the system in the future. We maintain logs of all actions performed on the site so they can be referred to should a dispute arise. The safeguards built into The Property Trading Platform are there to encourage property finders to trade BMV property with us instead of using any other intermediary or their own marketing campaigns.
How does it work?
A property finder uploads a bmv property to The Property Trading Platform from their login area on the website. Unqualified/Qualified Leads, Done Deals and Ready Made Deals can be uploaded. If an Unqualified / Qualified Lead is uploaded we will convert it to a Done Deal or Ready Made Deal and make it active on the website.
The property is sent to all Property Investors and House-Hunters that have specified that they would be interested in purchasing that type of property. A reservation request is made by two investors online. These requests are sent to the property finder who decides to accept one. The property is now reserved. No property is reserved and removed from sale until the reservation fee has been paid. We ensure that this is received immediately after a reservation is accepted. The reservation fee is paid to and held by us until the investor confirms that they have received a satisfactory valuation (once this is confirmed the reservation fee becomes non-refundable).
The property finder is given details of the investor and vice versa so that they can progress to completion. If we are instructed to provide a Done Deal or Ready Made Deal we act as the property finder and deal with the investor on their behalf. We ensure that all fees are collected on behalf of ourselves and the property finder when they become payable. Generally deals involving Cashback are collected after completion and deals where the purchaser is required to put Cash In are collected prior to completion. Fees are paid and the transaction is completed.
